It is funny how things work out,when taking on resto projects.My 50 project started out as a fix the rear axle housing and draw bar mount.It turned into a 2 yr ground up restoration.It has been very rewarding and looking at it now almost complete,I'm glad I did.Oh, and it ended up costing a lot more than I planned on.Now that I have the knowledge, experience,and specialty tools,the next project after the tractor storage building is complete,will be a 60.Who knows what after that.

I am at the last concern of my 50 restoration,the fan shaft.The fan end is done,need to pull the drive end apart for cleaning, inspection,and seals.Any comment on what might happen with the hidden spring?
