If, in the judgement of the administrator or a moderator, a post is deemed insulting, hurtful, deliberately or carelessly offensive, it may be edited or deleted. The goal is not to censor or suppress debate, but to keep it civil, nothing more.
Small or occasional postings of items for sale by individuals are permitted, since they are of general interest to many members, but large, commercial, or very frequent listings should be restricted to the classified section so as to not clog up the discussion board.
Other unwelcome postings, which will be deleted, include spam, profanities, trolling for members for other boards without participating in this board, and the use of obscenely large graphic signatures.
There is an absolute ban on postings that are pornographic, libelous or postings which are contrary to law. This includes chain letters and pyramid schemes. Any person posting material which is pornographic, libelous or contrary to the law has no permission to post to this site, and said individual remains solely responsible for the content of the message.
If anyone finds anything posted that is objectionable, please e-mail the administrator or PM me or contact a moderator, rather than commenting on-board, which almost always ends in discord.
All the above blather and bluster can be summed up in a very few words: JUST BE NICE!
