I would like to congratulate the Michigan Flywheels for a great fall show this year.. That show has evolved into a great show/swap meet & almost the entire show grounds was filled this year.. Every year it gets better & is close to running out of room.. Great show guys!!!

As usual I had a great weekend over there this year..

I had a great spot last year. Right on the south side of the office bldg. Second display down. Can't say where I'll be this year but I'll be there someplace. Look for the green single axel Freightliner day cab with a door decal that says John Deere Collectors, Mark & Eilene Scholten. Has a picture of the moon with 2 deer romping in the moon light. Stop by and introduce yourself. I show a '47 D, a '41 LA and either a '71 Case Hi wheel 442 or a '70 model 70 lawn & garden. I set up under a white canopy and you can't miss us. My wife also has a wagon full of Cabbage Patch farm kids out front. Yellow flowers all purty like.

Im not going to make it for the swap meet June 10th and 11th but am planning on showing up in Sept.

I felt that these last 2 years I have went have been heading downhill more and more. The swap meet is turning further and further toward a flea market, but maybe thats just me??? I hadnt been going for quite a few years since we had a bunch of brand new chains stolen off of our truck. Just ruined it for awhile for me.

Still alot of fun for antique pulls, talking with other tractor folks and just to see all the stuff there is. They do have some cool stuff and the steamed corn, mmmm........
