At a auction I got a std. to go with my row crop that I did 2 years ago. So here is 7022900 story. About 10-15 years ago it had a piston prob. Taken apart not fully reassembled. Crank grounded one new piston. block bored, 720 head. Nice oil cover some what on everything so rust is very min! Here the back left was flat for a long time plus it had fluid in them. When I got it home I cleaned the rims it had a rusty color and I didn't want that crap on them. Looked like the rim was shot. Cleaned and cleaned and more yellow paint showed. Cleaned the flakey rust off and the rim is excellant! WHAT how can that be? ohmy.gif Unbelievable! Took a valve stem from a old tube and blew the flat rear up. AGAIN tire still is holding air! ohmy.gif All four haven't lost a pound yet. This is weird. It couldn't have been water because the freeze and thawing would destroy the tube and what not. Now that I can put that off for a while get to the running dept. Brought home a 8ft truck box full of parts! It has PS I looked at the tractor a few days before and the fan shaft was there and on the auction day it is gone. And the sheet metal between the hood and fender on the clutch handle side. So far all I can see missing. Live pto, pony start, complete 801 hitch, I will get pixs. but been busy got some work on it done but a loooooooong ways to go but Very Rewarding. My neighbor (green blooded) is related to the person who had his stuff auctioned off so I know that the history on it was reliable. I like how that big tank looks! cool.gif I hope the RC doesn't get mad that the Std is getting all of the attention! wub.gif Keep ya'll posted and get some pixs on before I get to far!
