If you're getting e-mail notification of new posts, it's because you checked the related box during registration, or clicked on one of the subscription options on the board. To unsubscribe, just go to "My Controls" and you will see the subscription section. Open the two headings, and in both you will see the "unsubscribe" button. That's all there is to it.
