I get the tons of fliers that Harbor Freight sends out and gave gotten the urge to give one of those deals on the after turkey day sale guns a try. Keep in mind that my paint does not get the eye of the judges. I currently spray with a syphon type gun of average quality, but it works.

They have two guns advertised, one as just gravity feed and one that looks relatively the same but is labeled HVLP. As far as tractor restortions, I think unsure.gif I am on my last one which is a D 15 II Allis which I hope to have completed by labor day next year.

What are your opinions on those two gems?

sad.gif Well Dave it looks like it is gonna be a crqap shoot since Black Friday is tomorrow. I would opt for the HVLP. tongue.gif

i've had good luck with sears paint guns in the past. the berst thing i ever did was to by a paint tank to paint with. you can set a whole gallon of paint down in it, so less clean up. i set mine in an old tire so it want get knocked over. i tape the material hose and the air hose togehter so when spraig i'm not looking for two hoses. you don't have to stop and refill, just keep spraying and you can paint upside down without fear of messing up a gun. with a paint tank you don't have to stop and refill as often either.
