after i pick the model i want a screen comes up with nothing on it. what am i doing wrong. not holding my mouth right or what. i've right and left clicked on it and still nothing. thanks for any help. at least you can't call me a computer nerd, dumb maybe, but not a nerd. now i guess thats no way to talk to somebody your asking help from so forget it.
