This month my x304 will be 3 years old. It has not been used very hard with only 121 hours on it. Yesterday I noticed that the plastic on the seat is cracking on both sides. I expect better then this from John Deere. Heck, I can't hardly get the wrapper off a candy bar with these new materials. Dealer I bought it from no longer sells John Deere as they didn't meet their requirements to be a dealer. What do I do now??? Bill

After speaking to my closest John Deere dealer and explaining my problem they sugested I call customer relations. A lady called me back and said to take the seat to the dealership and show it to the service department. After I did that the dealership called me back and said that John Deere was going to replace the seat at no cost to me. I now have a new seat on my x304. Thanks to John Deere and the good people who work for them. That's why they are #1. Bill
