a friend of mine was driving down a highway and saw plastic bottles of all kinds sticking out of fire ant mounds. he kept searching until he found out that by turning the bottle up side down and sticking it into the mound that heat generated inside the bottle kills the fire ants. now, this is just what he's been told, but i sure wish it was warmer here now so i could try it out. some of you guys down south want to try this and let us know what happens.
