anybody know where to get a good used hydrostatic transaxle for a late '80s 175 Hydro near Defiance, OH.

dad took the seat deck off and the number on the tranny is Peerless 1319.

i think we got it figured out now, and just need to adjust the lever. it slowly slips back towards neutral, anybody know how to tighten this up?
