I "inherited" a 322 that appears to be in good shape, 900+ hours, starts no problem. It was owned since new by my brother so I have a fair handle on its history. He told me it was running fine but lately does not rev up like it used to when throttled up. I looked at it and seems to me that all the linkage is free, and it will rev up when I manually move the governor linkage, but the governor seems to be holding it down. The linkage is free and moves to wide open when the throttle is advanced with the engine off. Does thai sound like a governor problem? Any ideas appreciated.
