New to the board but I've been on the jdcrawlers board for a while. I live in West Bend, WI and presently have a JD 1010CA restoration going as well as a bit of the dark side with an IH 2606 TLB project going. My wife Diane and I have a little 10 acre place with a couple of pole barns; one for our 5 horses and the other for my shop and equipment storage.

I'm a commercial licensed pilot with an instrument rating as well as formerly been a NRC licensed Senior Nuclear Reactor Operator. I'm an engineer by training (industrial and electrical) and education but work in the IT industry managing data storage and disaster recovery for one of the world's largest banking systems outsourcers. I got into metalworking concurrently with my tractor restorations and have pretty much a complete machine shop that I've used to fabricate parts I either can't find or can't afford.

The board is a great resource and I appreciate the pool of knowledge and experience you good folks represent. Mixed up my first batch of "lye gravy" from Frank's recipe just last night.

Thanks for letting me participate.
