Say for some reasonI have started getting emails telling me about a new post.
I have not changed anything on my control page ? I followed the instructions
trying to uncheck the boxes which were not checked? but I have done everything I can think of?
Please how do I stop this?

Dee, those controls should work to disable the subscriptions. Are you going to "My Controls" and then to the "Subscriptions" section, and unsubscribing to both "Topics" and "Forums?"
