The alternator went out on the 322 and burnt off the belt. Wow is this a fun job. Had to remove the radiator to get all the bolts out of the coupler to get the belt on. The alternator worked, but the bearings went bad. I thought I would just go ahead and put a new alt. on it until I seen the price of $280.00. $20 worth of bearings and we are up and running again. It was an awful lot of work to just put a belt that is for sure.

The only concession is that your are now good for another 1000+ hours! They can be tough to work on, but you don't have to do it very often.
